Refund Policy & Refundable Security Deposit Policy

• Before 48 hours of the scheduled time: 100% refund

• Between 48 hours and 24 hours of the scheduled time: 50% refund

• Within 24 hours of the scheduled time: No refund

•  A refundable security deposit of ₹1,000 per room is required at check-in.

• The deposit will be refunded at check-out after room inspection.

• Deductions will be made for any damage, loss, misuse of property, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.

• If damages exceed the deposit amount, additional charges will apply.

• Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of this policy.
